REFUND REQUIREMENT

• The tag has not been destroyed
• Products have never been used
• Box products not destructible
• No items missing

Make sure you have read refund point above, recording process unboxing package. IT'S A MUST! if there a problem in products and refund need to do, contact us ASAP. Withing 12 hours after the courier delivers you package. Please send the package in a safe condition, complate with extrabox and bubble wrap. Refund process to be performed in 3 working days, if the points above are NOT met then the refund process CANNOT BE DONE.
