Fulfilling orders
Once an order has been placed Icoup has up to 24 hours to fufill your order. If your order can not be fufilled we will Contact you on website chat or Whatsapp explaining the reasons.
Shipping
- Please fill in your address correctly. Icoup were not responsible for an error accessing an address on order form.
- COD delivery will be confirmed by phone or whatsapp messeges, we will contact you. And if within 3 days of the COD order no one receives the order it will be considered CANCEL.
- Delivery by online payment, will be processed immediately and sent after the payment is paid off. Icoup will inform you via whatsapp and sms about delivery details, if you have an icoup-id account. You can monitor your orders in "my orders".
- Shipping costs vary, based on weight, distance or delivery area.
- The delivery period will be informed on the order form, icoup is not responsible for delays in delivery from the expedition. Compensation and loss are fully borne by the expedition.
